Can our sales team handle it alone?+
Yes. Every screen explains what to do and every field what to write. Changing a price, adding a photo album or a map point takes minutes. And we train your team at launch.
Who builds the website?+
We do. We fill in the units, draw the visualisations and floor plans, and set up the look to match your brand. You provide the materials and then manage the website yourself.
How long does launch take?+
It depends mostly on the materials — visualisations, floor plans and the price list. Once we have them it's fast, because we don't build from scratch. You get an exact date right after the kick-off meeting.
Will our website look like everyone else's?+
No. The look is separate from the features — the website gets your logo, colours and style. The system handles sales, your website carries your brand.
What if our project has completely different unit data?+
Unit properties aren't hard-coded. You add a terrace, cellar or energy class yourself and they instantly appear in the price list, detail and filters.
We don't want to publish prices.+
One switch is enough — the website shows "On request" everywhere. It can also be set per unit status.
We already have a website. Will we lose our Google rankings?+
We redirect old URLs to the new ones, so links and search rankings are preserved.
Why not WordPress or Webflow?+
They're built for text and images, not for selling apartments. A clickable building, floor plans linked to the price list, Excel import or reservations would have to be pieced together from plugins or custom-built. In EstateKaido they're built in from the start and work together.
Does it work on mobile?+
Yes — and mobile isn't a shrunken desktop. The price list turns into cards, floors are selected by tapping and floor plans can be pinch-zoomed.
What about our data?+
It's yours. You can export the price list, inquiries and offer at any time.
